# Getting started ### How to start playing To play **ZomLand** you need to have a [NEAR Wallet](https://wallet.near.org/) and some NEAR tokens balance (it is used for blockchain transactions, storage and in-game purchases). You can create a new NEAR Wallet by clicking [this URL](https://wallet.near.org/create) and following this [step-by-step](https://docs.near.org/docs/develop/basics/create-account#creating-a-mainnet-account) guide. Once you have active NEAR Wallet, you can visit [zomland.com](http://zomland.com/) 1. Click **Login** using your near account 2. Connect your wallet to ZomLand. Enter you wallet credentials and click **Next.** Proceed to next screen and click **Connect.** **That's it! 🥳 Now you can start playing the game! Start your journey from Lands:** You can buy them: * directly from website * or go to [Paras.id](https://paras.id/zomland.near/creation) and buy there Existing lands from Paras you can import by clicking on “I**mport land NFT**”
